My bug are with IE xi and Edge playing HTML5. I take no problems using Flash Actor. It's not express to YouTube. I hadn't tried Chrome, but your mail prompted me to install Chrome, and I tin play HTML5 videos in Chrome. My problem, which may the same every bit your problem, may be limited to IE11 and Edge.
If you tin can attempt to play YouTube videos using the Flash Thespian add-in (in IE11 and Border) instead of HTML5, I can link your question in my post and if I get an answer, I can make sure you go the answer too. To force YouTube videos to use Flash Thespian instead of HTML5, add &nohtml5=i to the end of the URL. I tried Method 1, and Method iii, and neither worked. I don't see a Method two.
Even with no add together-ons running, the trouble was there, so I didn't need to effort Stride ii of Method 1.
For me,
I'm using a wireless connection, the Windows x Anniversary Update, and it'southward all Web sites. It's non merely YouTube's HTML5 Player, but I've seen a JWPlayer that won't play videos either. I believe JWPlayer is a role player used for HTML5 content also.

Non confined to any website. I am unable to play any video on IE11
I accept tried running IE11 with no add-ons, Resetting IE11, De-installing and Re-installing - This has non changed the trouble
I've tried adding &nohtml5=1 to the URL and this does non make any difference
I could play videos OK on IE11 before upgrade to Windows 10, and vdeos play OK on Chrome and Firefox

I confirmed that the latest Flash Player is installed, and enabled on IE11
2. Whatsoever software/hardware changes fabricated before the issue happened?
Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10
3. When was the last time that the video content is working?
Videos played perfectly OK before upgrade to Windows x
4. Any mistake message while your playing the video?
Bulletin "An fault occurred. Please try over again later" in video window

The trouble is just on Net Explorer.
